Thank you again for all of your help earlier this week with my Closet Evaluation. My closet feels refreshed and instead of throwing on the same old outfit, I look at my closet and try to find a new, interesting combination.
Working with Dani is so much fun! Dani just looks at you and you know that you're in good hands. She has a knack for style, and whether it's business-casual, professional or plain funky, Dani will manage to bring out the best in you while at the same time you're having a blast. Her taste is very up-to-date and her no-nonsense approach to things makes a sometimes dreary task (such as trying to look your best) seem like no big deal. I had to prepare for an interview in a field new to me (having had to wear uniform all my life, I really didn't have a style of my own) and Dani made this whole experience a huge success. Whoever has the good fortune to employ Dani's talents won't regret it.
The great thing about Dani is that she can make a great outfit regardless of budget. If she had to, she could make someone look fabulous using only clothes from K-Mart, because she truly has a great eye for what works and what doesn't. Moreover, even though Dani and I don't always have the same taste in clothing, she is always great at helping me pick out the clothes and accessories that are right for me, even if she wouldn't necessarily wear the outfit herself. I would highly recommend Dani as a personal shopper because she can make anyone look fabulous!
I love being a MOM…..but I NEVER wanted to look like one. After my third child was born I looked in the mirror and discovered that I looked exactly as I feared….I needed help! I met PDX Shopgirl and I was very excited and nervous about the possibilities. My biggest concern was that she would try to talk me into clothes that I wasn't comfortable in or that weren't age appropriate. Right away Dani put my fears to rest. We talked about my life and schedule as a Mom and a Real Estate Agent. I wanted to be able to be stylish and comfortable. Dani was great and provided me with clothes options that were PERFECT. The toughest part of all was deciding which items to keep. They were all GREAT! Thank you Dani for giving me a fabulous wardrobe that allows me to be a Mom and a Professional.
I was stuck in a rut and hated everything in my closet. Feeling depressed, I confided in Dani, that I hated my wardrobe and that I had a wedding to go to that weekend. Friends that I hadn't seen in a year would be there - I wanted to feel good and look good too. She said she'd go shopping with me. Dani helped me pick out a few versatile pieces that I could wear to the wedding and to work! I was so happy with my new "style" and got many compliments at the wedding. I secretly thanked Dani, but only responded with a cool "thanks."
I've been shopping with many girlfriends before but shopping with a personal shopper like Dani was different. She really has an eye for style and knows what works well for people. I believe it's because she has the European flair with the American attitude and it works well together. She has an amazing ability to find clothes and accessories that can capture a person's (men and women) self-expression and personality.

I gave my husband a fashion show last night and he was so impressed!! He thought the jeans "were simply perfect for my body" and loved all the other outfits. The sweater set he thought was feminine, yet practical and a gorgeous shade of blue; I didn't tell him that cobalt is very "in" this season. He just needs to think I look good in it!
I was so amazed at how fast we picked out multiple outfits even with my two young kids in tow--a totally painless shopping experience! It was so fun! I'm glad we picked the more lively printed shoes. They really spice up my existing wardrobe.
The new clothes really work for my part-time teaching and stay-at-home lifestyle. I can't wait to start wearing all my new clothes to look thinner and more stylish!

Thank you so much for your help on getting me organized for our big trip to Italy. It really amazes me how quickly you were able to put it all together. I was getting pretty stressed out but now I have some spare time to go to the gym and enjoy life at a more relaxed pace!
